Responsibilities

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
  • Incident processing (3rd Level)
  • Platform services within defined KPIs > 99% (incl. Customer KPIs/contracts and reporting)
  • Scalable services fully automated as infrastructure as code
  • Reliable and cost driven monitoring of the platform incl. 24x7 operations (incl. Customer communication)
  • Working based on ITIL processes e.g Incident, Problem and Request
    management)
  • Architectural alignment with SW DEV
  • Permanent cost checks
  • Service Provider management e.g SIM cards)
  • Mass Data Updates
  • Technical Specialist role for the charging infrastructure in operation.
  • This is an On-call service.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • You love to analyze complex technical incidents and drive their resolution.
  • You have experience in the exchange of agile development areas
  • Ideally you have experience in DevOps methodology
  • Ideally you have an ITIL v4 certification
  • Experience in the EV charging business is an advantage
  • You have good communication skills in English and ideally also in German

Requirements

Education:
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or several years of sound practical experience in IT support areas
  • Good IT knowledge of cloud services, IT infrastructure and databases
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL and initial contact with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • High level of motivation as well as customer and solution-oriented thinking
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
Work experiences – time/seniority/sector:
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in handling incidents plus experience in the area of ITIL process management.
Technical/ IT knowledge:
  • ITIL certification
Language – with level
  • Fluent English
  • Ideally, understanding colleagues speaking German
Mobility requirements
  • As per need – usually 2-4 weeks per year to Germany or similar
