Responsibilities

People management, mentoring and coaching developers
Recruiting and onboarding
Performance reviews
Personal development planning and 1-to-1’s
Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements
Software development according to modern best practices and principles
Decision-making for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review

Requirements

Experience in software development for more than 5 years
Experience of managing teams of software engineers
Strong leadership and communication skills
Agile mindset
Business goals orientation
Excellent knowledge and experience in C#
Excellent knowledge and experience in .NET Framework
Excellent knowledge and experience in .NET Core
