Responsibilities
- Manage and track sales orders from receipt to fulfillment.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, handling inquiries, orders, billing issues, and shipping information.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance.
- Perform administrative tasks within the customer service and sales operations process.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle issue resolution and manage customer complaints efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements
- Romanian + english + hungarian
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Good problam-solving skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and a team-player attitude
- Reliability and precision
- College degree
- 1–3 years of experience of customers service or back office support
