Responsibilities

You advise and support business units throughout their digital transformation journey and identify automation potential.
You develop and implement automation solutions based on UiPath.
You design and realize agentic AI solutions that independently analyze processes, make decisions, and act.
You serve as an interface between business and technology — you speak both languages.
You train and empower colleagues in the business units to operate and further develop automations independently.
You drive the internal development of an automation ecosystem and best practices.

Requirements

You have a completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, digital business management, data science, or a comparable field of study.
You have several years of work experience in developing and rolling out RPA solutions using UiPath.
You are familiar with working with Agentic AI – you plan und implement autonomous AI agents that act independently, make context-based decisions, and interact with other systems.
You have knowledge in stakeholder management and in providing advisory support to business departments, and you are a team player with strong communication skills who enjoys contributing your expertise to cross-functional collaboration.
