Responsibilities

In the Facility Management (FM) team you can gain valuable experience about the service management of MOL Group facilities including our Headquarter Smart Building (MOL Campus).
Here you can get the opportunity to learn the operation of different areas such as different facility related CAPEX projects, soft & hard FM related services, and customer care
Here our team members have the opportunity to work in cross-border projects with MOL Group colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and user experience.
Innovation and fresh energy of next generation are warmly welcome to identify new opportunities of automatization, digitalization, and raising the level of customer experience

Requirements

Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, analytical and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems.
Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.
Language Skills: Mid-level English knowledge, proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
Tech Savvy: High level computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI is an advantage), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
Driving licence: “B” driving licence, willingness to drive.
