ARC SME – fixed term (Szeged)

  • Accountable for end-to-end process performance including customer service, commercial outcomes, operational efficiency and risk management across multiple business units/teams

  • Provide input into process design and identify opportunities for process improvements based on understanding and analysis of data and market trends

  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they understand and apply Agile Core Practices, company values and leadership capabilities

  • Support the delivery of training programs as required by the team or area

  • Contribute to the development of best practice guidance for use within the wider business unit/team and/or across multiple teams

  • Champion and embed sustainability awareness and principles into day-to-day working and encourage others to do so

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external to the immediate team/business unit

  • Engage with senior leadership to determine priorities and communicate progress against objectives

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Finance / Accounting role

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong communication skills, ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in working with large scale datasets and using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members

  • Experience in working with global teams

  • Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
