Feladatok

Keeping airline applications up and running
Ensuring high availability and stable operations
Monitoring systems and handling alerts
Opening, managing and coordinating incidents
Executing planned maintenance tasks
Keeping contact with providers and internal technical teams
Troubleshooting application issues and outages using documentation
Resolving simple service requests from customers
Participating in calls during outages to support recovery

Elvárások

Providing professional, high-quality support in a 24/7 shift environment
Linux/Unix knowledge or motivation to improve these skills
Experience in IT operations or strong interest in learning it
Good communication skills
Solution-oriented thinking
Teamwork skills
Confident English speaking and writing skills
Curiosity, reliability, motivation and openness to learning
Interest in aviation, mission-critical systems, and technical problem solving
