Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop AP/AR teams, ensuring high performance, strong controls, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all transactional finance processes, including invoicing, collections, supplier payments, cash allocation, and credit control.
- Own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, driving automation, workflow enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Ensure accurate and timely month‑end close activities related to AP/AR, supported by strong reconciliations and data integrity.
- Lead integration of finance systems (banking, expense tools, procurement, CRM) and redesign processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Define, track, and report KPIs for AP, AR, cash operations, and financial control, providing insights on trends and risks.
- Partner closely with IT, FP&A, and business stakeholders, supporting audits, compliance, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience leading AP/AR or Financial Operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated success in automation, process improvement, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and month‑end processes.
- Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with IT and cross‑functional teams.
