Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Identification and engagement of potential customer accounts and key decision-makers through thorough research
  • Execution of omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to build relationships and schedule Discovery Calls/Demos for the Growth Team
  • Conducting weekly in-person prospecting visits to agencies leveraging physical collateral and professional gifting to establish high-touch relationships
  • Monthly travel to designated markets to execute localized business development and expand the company’s physical presence
  • Tracking and reporting all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management
  • Utilization of a suite of sales tools (HubSpot CRM, Apollo/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Winmo, Goody, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to optimize prospecting efforts
  • Supporting Growth Directors in advancing deals beyond the initial Discovery Call/Demo ensuring smooth progression through the sales funnel
  • Collaboration cross-functionally with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies and maximize impact
  • Curation and sharing of relevant LinkedIn content to enhance personal branding and increase company visibility within the professional network

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in sales with a passion for driving business growth
  • Up to 12 months of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and build relationships effectively
  • High intellectual and emotional intelligence demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Readiness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work with a genuine interest in leveraging technology to work smarter and faster

Nice-to-have

  • Background in competition, achievement, or athletics
  • Experience in cold calling and sales training
