Budapest Marriott Hotel is currently looking for an ambitious and passionate At Your Service / Switchboard Agent who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary

As an At Your Service Agent, you will be the central point of contact for our guests, ensuring all requests and inquiries are handled efficiently and with genuine care. You will play a key role in creating a seamless guest experience by coordinating requests across departments and providing accurate information about the hotel and the destination.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering guest requests, questions, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication platforms
Operating the hotel switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate department or extension
Processing wake-up calls and guest messages accurately and in a timely manner
Taking and coordinating room service orders
Logging and tracking all guest requests in the hotel system to ensure timely follow-up
Providing information about hotel services, facilities, dining options, and local attractions
Coordinating guest requests with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Food & Beverage
Ensuring every interaction reflects Marriott's commitment to exceptional service and memorable experiences

Candidate Profile

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, call center, or customer service is an advantage

Skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent listening and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment

Education & Languages

Good command of English is essential
Additional languages are considered an advantage
