Material Manager

• Secure on-time material availability for production
• First point of contact for production regarding material shortages
• Determine the volume to be ordered and call off material from existing frame contracts
• Manage order confirmations and kick off escalation process upon need
• Communicate material changes with the suppliers
• Participate in project meetings and prepare regular project updates

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Bsc degree in the field of economics / industrial engineering or high school degree with several years of experience in supply chain
• Professional experience in operative purchasing or other fields of supply chain is an advantage
• Good MS Office knowledge required (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to handle conflicts and to work under pressure
• Proactiveness, team player
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good communication skills both in English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
