PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Organizing and coordinating air passenger transport tasks managed as an integral part of Internal Mobility Services from an ownership perspective. Ensuring optimal utilization of aircraft, maximizing the passengers’ customer experience. Providing support for the management of the fleet service subsidiaries supported by the Internal Mobility Services organization, for the development and operation of an optimally sized and composed fleet by providing the necessary financial control, preparing analyses, and facilitating the daily operational operation of the Fleet Management team.
Tasks
Manages air passenger transport requests, organizes flights, informs passengers, and ensures GDPR compliance.
Keeps travel calendar up to date for optimal flight utilization; liaises with Top Management, Operator company, and maintenance providers.
Coordinates preventive and ad-hoc aircraft maintenance, updates annual plans, and controls related costs.
Acts as contract manager with Operator company; ensures renewals with Procurement.
Plans and monitors aircraft-related costs, prepares reports, handles invoicing, and verifies performance.
Keeps air transport regulations updated and provides input on related policies.
Supports passenger and vehicle fleet operations, monitors costs and invoices, maintains vehicle register, and assists custodians.
Performs additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
University degree.
A strong background in luxury travel coordination, concierge services for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), or high-end hospitality (e.g., five-star hotels, event VIPs).
Experience with security protocols and managing sensitive information is a must.
Proven experience in corporate travel management, especially for senior executives or VIPs, is essential.
Previous experience as a flight attendant is considered an advantage.
Advanced English knowledge.
