Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. Assist in organizing company events and internal communications. Maintain and update company databases and records. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
