Responsibilities
Owner of the daily AP operation relevant to the migrated KOSTAL entities, according to the agreed priorities and measurements and perform the dedicated operational tasks. This position will be the owner of the AP related mailboxes, with responsibility for prompt communication.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

- Query management: Owning 3 mailboxes of AP team, first point of contact to answering all emails.
- Involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas
- Invoice receipt
- Invoice verification and processing
- Invoice processing of all transitioned (dedicated company code, however possibility to support all entities)
- Outgoing payment processing
- Reclaims & corrections
- Internal and external query handling
- Expense claim processing
- Down-payment/Prepayment processing
- Perform dedicated AP Closing and periodical activities if needed
- Perform dedicated controls if needed
- Identify, evaluate and resolve issues (incl. process improvements)
- Adherent to agreed service levels (48 hrs answering emails), policies and procedures as well as internal controls
- Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
- Provide qualitative customer service
- Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
Requirements
Education:
Fluent in English
- University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business
- Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
- AP knowledge with at least 1-3 years finance operations role
- Basic understanding of the overall procure to pay process
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience in SAP FI Module (basic)
