• Support to the project team and engineering management of the development process
• Take an active role in the processing and preparation of work packages assigned to the project team, taking account the development milestone and project plan

• Secure on-time material availability for production
• First point of contact for production regarding material shortages
• Determine the volume to be ordered and call off material from existing frame contracts
• Manage order confirmations and kick off escalation process upon need

• Gain an overview of production regions and surface facilities
• Review technical and personal safety measures and support compliance with regulations
• Analyze challenges related to aging production technologies, pipelines, and integrity management (e.g. corrosion)

• Independent management and execution of complex projects for the implementation or adaptation of IT systems (from requirements definition through to productive operation)
• Advise and support the Manufacturing & QM departments in defining requirements for process optimization.
