• Operational support for all Pepperl+Fuchs production plants with regard to products/processes relevant to P+F Veszprém
• Quality support for production lines
• Initiating and processing internal complaints
• Structured processing of customer complaints, verification of corrective measures

• Collaboration in projects aimed at the introduction and development of products and manufacturing processes.
• Advising the development department on the feasibility and improvement of product design.

• Lead and coach a customer service team of around 5–6 team members
• Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
• Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
• Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments

• Ensure project performance objectives are met (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing).
• Coordinate project launches to ensure full compliance with Valeo and customer expectations.
• Manage customer P1/P10 projects and project changes from both the customer and Valeo (P0).

• Lead SIOP & MPS: Manage monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings to align production with plant objectives.
• Master Scheduling: Define and review end-item schedules to balance high delivery performance with optimal inventory levels.

• Create standard and ad-hoc reports
• Generate reports to provide answers to specific sales-related questions from upper management
• Work closely with sales teams to understand their data needs 
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key sales metrics in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Integrate customer orders into the system
• Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
• Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues

• Ensuring adequate stock levels of finished products, raw materilals and packaging in the region
• Order management: PO creation, order confirmation, tracebility, price/quantity/invoice deviations
• Daily tracking of exception messages(pull in, push out , backorder), and in case of need start actions

Foster consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand and help define hiring needs, provide guidance through the recruitment process and influence hiring managers’ and line leaders’ strategic talent decisions....

• Ensure strong synergy between Manufacturing Engineering and Production Operations
• Drive service excellence in a 3-shift manufacturing environment
• Improve quality, speed and cost-efficiency of Maintenance & Service execution

• Oversee inbound shipments and ensure timely, accurate receipt of materials
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
• Manage subcontracting purchase and material flows
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with requirements
