Working under the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef, be able to organize the team and workflow to execute the menu dishes according to the recipes and user guides in a high volume atmosphere for our guests....

• Welcoming the guests to the restaurant
• Helping with the wardrobe
• Seating the guests according to the plan
• Presentation of the menus
• Handling calls and queries
• Managing table reservations and walk-ins
• Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

• Active contribution to hotel strategy as a key member representing the kitchen operations
• Full responsibility for budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis within the Culinary Division

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry, with front office experience in upscale hospitality
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in computer systems with solid knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)

• Preparing the required mise-en-place, covering and cleaning work in the restaurant area

• Responsible, together with the night team, for security and guest services at night
• Carrying out the closing of the day
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Responsible for the reception tasks at night
• Assisting with billing and invoicing
• Friendly check-in and check-out of our guests

• Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations
• Correspondence in German, English, and French
• Advising guests on prices and room categories
• Creating and updating reservations
• Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French

• Manage all reservation channels (PMS, IBE, GDS, OTAs, email, phone, wholesalers, corporate and group requests).
• Ensure response time standards and high reservation accuracy.
• Maintain PMS integrity, rate codes, availability, deposits, and billing instructions.

• Front Office & Guest Relations – Assist with check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest services
• F&B / Restaurant & Bar – Gain experience in table service, order taking, and event support
• Housekeeping – Ensure cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas
