• Check-In und Check-Out sowie aktive und persönliche Gästebetreuung und Beratung
• Unterstützung in der Leitung des Bereiches Housekeeping
• Allgemeine Concierge-Tätigkeiten und Beantwortung eingehender Anfragen
• Zimmerzuteilung, Abreisekontrolle, Kassenführung

• Welcoming the guests to the restaurant
• Helping with the wardrobe
• Seating the guests according to the plan
• Presentation of the menus
• Handling calls and queries
• Managing table reservations and walk-ins
• Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

• Ensure the daily implementation of Concierge service standards and protocols.
• Oversee guest reception from arrival to departure and manage complex - Concierge requests.
• Supervise Concierge operations, including reservations, billing, and cash handling.
