Acting on behalf of the General Manager during his absence to the effect of running the hotel on a day-to-day basis. Constantly keep the General Manager informed of emergencies in the hotel, employee problems and guests' complaints....

• Leads by example through authentic, intuitive, and personalized service
• Ensures seamless coordination between departments
• Develops and inspires the team through structured coaching
• Acts as a key contact for VIPs and high-profile guests

• Front Office & Reservations: check-in, guest communication, service quality
• Breakfast & Bar: processes, standards, and service organization
• Housekeeping & Quality Checks: cleanliness and cooperation with external partners
• Revenue & Sales: pricing strategies and customer acquisition

• Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
• Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in departments standards.
• Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus.
• Work with an empathetic attitude.

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the restaurant
• Leadership, motivation, and development of a team of around 10 employees
• Ensuring warm and professional guest service
• Active participation in daily service operations
• Implementation and monitoring of quality and hygiene standards

• Ensure the Six Senses vision of Sustainability is instilled within the resort, felt by hosts and guest alike
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English
• Hospitality experience
• Sustainability experience
• Preferable bachelor's in hospitality management or field related to Sustainability
