In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our team, providing guidance and continuous oversight to maintain a high standard of service....

• Deliver Excellence: Maintain the highest service standards and ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Lead the Team: Supervise waitstaff and bartenders, fostering performance and teamwork.
• Hire & Train: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team members.

Focus on/resolve complex cases where a good supplier relationship is required, such as: pre-bookings, last-minute bookings, bookings without allotment, long-term bookings without valid contract, resolving of kick-outs and book-outs, avoiding of supplier cancellation charges, etc....

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft
• Providing excellent customer service and custommer care
• Adhering to company and civil aviation regulations and guidelines
• Collaborating with the crew for a safe and smooth flight

• Building Connections: Actively acquire and develop relationships with corporate clients, MICE partners, travel agencies and tour operators.
• Driving Revenue: Take ownership of achieving hotel revenue targets across MICE and F&B channels.

Maintain contact, conduct negotiations, and hold meetings with clients of Novotel Budapest City & BCC, including representatives of client companies, agencies, and offices....

• Position: Booking Agent (registering orders received via email in our system)
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Communicating with partners and clients in English, Spanish and Italian
• Managing emails
• Handling complaints
• Maintaining contact with suppliers

• Booking long distance coaches/ buses for Eastern & Western European destinations, also UK and Scandinavia
• Providing information for LDC companies
• Communication in English, troubleshooting with foreign partner offices and coach companies
• Communication via phone / mails
