• Durchführung von Check-in, Check-out sowie Concierge- und Reservierungsaufgaben
• Aktive Unterstützung im Frühstücks- oder Restaurantservice bei Bedarf

• Allgemeine Rezeptionsaufgaben im Front- und Backoffice, Check-In / CheckOut unserer Gäste, Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Gästeanfragen
• Führen Sie Nachtkontrollen durch und erstellen Sie Berichte für die Geschäftsleitung

• Sales of tourist services, including preparation of offers and price calculations
• Copywriting and project coordination for online and offline advertisements and promotional materials
• Support and liaison with cooperation partners and external service agencies
