• Active contribution to hotel strategy as a key member representing the kitchen operations
• Full responsibility for budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis within the Culinary Division

• Develop new recipes weekly that meet Factor's product priorities, nutritional targets, cost targets, and production constraints
• Continuously improve existing recipes by analyzing customer feedback and performance data

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Nail Artist sowie erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Großes Interesse an teamorientierter Arbeit
• Belastbarkeit, Fachkompetenz, Sauberkeit, sowie ein sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Gästeorientiertes Arbeiten

• Als Captain steuerst du das Hotel operativ und strategisch und prägst Kultur, Performance und Atmosphäre des Hauses
• Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Hotels
• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Teams über alle Abteilungen hinweg

• Previous experience in a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in reservation management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system
• Enthusiasm & a true team player
• Service oriented
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required
• English and German speaking
• Willing to work evening & night shifts, including weekends & festive days
