• You are in charge of smooth operations of the reception team and provide great customer service to our guests
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.

• Operate different type of tours (SER, ADH, SPE, MCE) across your destinations (CZ, SK, HU)
• Checking itineraries and services quoted by sales to ensure feasibility and making suggestions where necessary to maximize contribution to margin
• Control cost, profit optimization with renegotiation

• Supervise all operations related activities, ensure that resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Responsible to ensure all guidelines, processes, system, and SLA´s are strictly adhered to.
