• Deputizes the Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence
• Directs and coaches the Housekeeping and the Laundry teams in their daily duties, ensuring needs of guests are attended to promptly and in line with Company standards

• Plan, organise, and deliver premium events for national and international clients
• Take ownership of assigned events with guidance and support from a Senior Manager
• Coordinate suppliers, partners, and internal teams across planning and execution phases

• Gain a complete overview of member companies’ procurement processes, teams, and categories (food & beverage, consumables, equipment, services).
• Support country procurement teams (who report to their Country Managers) by providing guidance, tools, and best practices.

• Yearly event planning in line with the marketing strategy and business needs
• Coordinating all operations regarding international and domestic events in charge

• Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire the Reception and Reservation team to deliver exceptional service.
• Deliver Excellence: Maintain the highest standards in guest-facing service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out.
