• Produce polymer to support membrane production
• Scale-up polymer production
• Design and Implementation of new reactors
• Prepare and analyze polymers
• Perform mechanical and physicochemical tests for AEM
• Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance

• Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
• Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
• Define project timelines and track key deliverables
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
