• In this role you will identify and source new business opportunities (leads) in the industrial and medical gases sector

• Resolving HR related issues which can occur in their total employee life cycle
• Providing technical support of HR self-service tools and systems

• Deliver pricing recommendations and bid strategy consultation aligned with market benchmarks and client expectations
• Interpret and analyze solution guidance, historical data, and competitive intelligence to support win strategies

• Deliver customer and technical assistance, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment support for engineers
• Handle inquiries promptly by following established support workflows, escalating more complex cases to Level 2 when required
