• Implementing and coordinating overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level including defining, maintaining and continuously enhancing standard processes
• Global project involvement to represent EMEA specific insights and perspectives

• Maintenance and support of daily activities of Travel and Expense and Company Card expenses associated with Roche Global Credit card programs
• Acting as primary point of contact for internal customers providing support and guidance for corporate credit cards and Concur expense management

• First level support to end users in German and English via ticketing system, email and telephone
• Handling incidents, service requests, and user inquiries related to expense reimbursement processes
• Troubleshooting issues connected with expense reports, approvals, workflows, and user access

• Execution of the knowledge retention strategy
• Conducting comprehensive learning need analyses
• Development and maintenance of a comprehensive trainer matrix
• Running the Certified Training Facilitator process for internal trainers/SMEs
• Development of individualized training plans for team members

• Design and execution of inbound sales strategies
• Driving lead conversion through effective sales approaches and funnel management
• Building, documenting, and continuously improving scalable sales processes
• Managing and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM

• Ownership of SAP Finance processes within a SAP Public Cloud transformation
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into SAP solutions
• Design and optimization of end-to-end Finance processes
• Work across key SAP FI/CO areas including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling
