• Capture detailed hiring requirements from hiring managers and recruiters for new vacancies and talent mapping.
• Execute accurate and tailored headhunting approaches to proactive sourcing.
• Conduct telephone interviews with proactively sourced candidates.

• Identify and assess training needs across the organisation
• Develop and maintain training concepts in collaboration with internal departments
• Manage external training providers and oversee the approval of training content
• Promote and communicate training offerings to employees

• Support the operationalisation of Vodafone’s Data Governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Collibra as the central metadata repository across Vodafone Markets and Group Functions.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud and AI enablement programmes, managing timelines, risks, and resources.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Cloud and AI solutions, providing guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prepare monthly settlements, bilateral deal positions, and deal true-ups at the end of each deal period in line with operational priorities.
• Manage a designated portfolio of carriers, ensuring timely settlements and resolving billing or settlement disputes.

• Prepare monthly Settlements, Bilateral Deal positions, and end-of-period Deal True-ups in line with departmental priorities and timelines.
• Manage a portfolio of complex and large carriers, overseeing the resolution of billing and settlement disputes efficiently and collaboratively.

• Create and manage social media post copy based on the agreed content calendar and ad‑hoc requests from Business Partners.
• Collaborate closely with Business Partners to validate content, refine messaging, and adjust posts to current business needs.
