• Identify and assess training needs across the organisation
• Develop and maintain training concepts in collaboration with internal departments
• Manage external training providers and oversee the approval of training content

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify digital solutions by analyzing processes and evaluating the feasibility of automation or reporting.
• Extract, summarize, and clean raw data to create valuable reports.

• Accounting leadership: Owns the integrity of the general ledger; ensure complete, accurate and timely period-end closing
• Oversight of external accounting service provider: Define and monitor quality KPIs and fluent workflows

• Capture detailed hiring requirements from hiring managers and recruiters for new vacancies and talent mapping.
• Execute accurate and tailored headhunting approaches to proactive sourcing.
• Conduct telephone interviews with proactively sourced candidates.
