• Providing support for global and special manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshooting Windows and software issues across local and remote sites.
• Supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, rugged industrial devices.
• Supporting barcode scanners, label printers, PLC terminals, HMIs, and thin clients.

• Identifying and coordinating the inter-dependencies among projects, products, and other important strategic initiatives across an organization
• Overseeing a whole program, which could be split into sub-projects managed by different project managers

• Assisting in the development of our payment application solutions
• Managing and administrating the Utimaco Training Academy platform to streamline training delivery and participant management

• creation, maintenance, and tracking of project plans
• Communication with team members
• Coordination and planning of project communication
• Creation/maintenance/analysis of Excel sheets
• Creation/review of project presentations and reporting in English

• You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.

• Identify and research potential B2B partners in our target markets (e.g. via online research, LinkedIn, industry lists)
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn and run structured cold outreach campaigns

• Lead and execute corporate strategy development projects, including supply and demand platform management
• Design and implement go-to-market and commercialization strategies for new and existing products and services

• Handle support requests and provide support on hardware, software and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices and business applications
• Escalate complex cases to other departments and update ITSM documentation

• Ensure an excellent customer experience in close collaboration with our customers and partners
• Support our customers and partners to solve problems and ensure a noticeable top-level satisfaction
