• Lead global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) service delivery
• Own global OTC process design, standards, documentation, and governance
• Ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely OTC operations worldwide

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting of revenue and expense accruals.
