• Conduct research and analysis (industries, companies, markets)
• Support rating advisory internal processes, tools, and applications
• Financial statements and models analysis and interpretation
• Aggregation and analysis of data from global Rating Agencies

• You will collaborate with national and international colleagues in at least one of our Regional Management units, as well as two additional teams at our Headquarters in Hamburg.
• You will become familiar with the business model of a European Non-Performing Loan Investor

• Screen and evaluate early-stage startups across PropTech, ConTech, and adjacent verticals, and manage our deal flow pipeline and CRM
• Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and commercial assessments to support investment decisions

• Learn about the client's business challenges to understand and discuss their business needs.
• Research data and conduct fact-based analyses.
• Draw own conclusions and discuss them with your team members.
• Prepare presentations, workshops and meetings.
• Participate in Consulting and client meetings.

• Analyze and further develop existing finance and sales processes
• Identify optimization and automation potentials along the process chain
• Design modern, scalable process solutions using current tools and technologies
• Collaborate closely with various departments to gather and structure requirements

• Have your own areas of responsibility, but also support investment managers in day-to-day investment decisions, ad hoc requests, and projects
• Contribute to investment analysis and decision proposals for the top management

• Prepare Presentations: Develop and design presentations for various stakeholders, including the Senior Management team.
• Report Preparation: Assist in the creation of reports and briefing documents for the Regional Executive Committee.

• Building and maintaining relationships with top-tier VCs, CVCs, Angels and family offices across Europe and globally
• Developing investor intelligence (theses, stages, ticket sizes, focus areas) and maintaining our CRM/database
• Identifying high-potential startup outliers from our 800+ startups annually

• Support cross-functional initiatives at IONITY with focus onstrategy communication & execution
• Take responsibility for smaller work packages within project and process management, as well as other disciplines within the Strategy & Transformation department
