• Quantitative Analysis: Use Python and other tools to analyze and optimize trading operations, and develop new strategies.
• Live Trading: Monitor markets, prices, and live trading results; react quickly to anomalies; improve our automated processes.

• Perform business analysis on product requirements and technical workflows
• Collaborate on projects of a technical nature, supporting implementation and ensuring alignment with product goals
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements in cooperation with stakeholders

• Proactively manage commercial business relationships and partnerships
• Build strong relationships with members of the Country Leadership Team
• Support country performance for profitable growth
• Ensure real-time support and improved insights into business performance for informed decision-making

• Creating Fund performance analysis and benchmarking
• Portfolio analytics including modelling of business plans and liquidity, capital requirements and fund KPIs
• Closely collaborating with the investment teams on asset management, business planning and budgeting

• Drive some of BI's most important strategic projects with end-to-end ownership together with our global team of VC funds and Bertelsmann Next units
• Conduct in-depth analyses and briefings on businesses, markets, and trends and review investment proposals from across the globe

• Support and advise the Head of Strategy in the ongoing development of the business strategy and digital product portfolio.
• Play a pivotal role in defining and influencing the organization's long-term strategic direction and priorities.

• Daily monitoring of capital measures such as VaR, stressed VaR and IRC as well as monthly / weekly SBM measures.
• Contribution to the Risk Identification process and regular reviews of portfolio level limit utilisation (VaR, group level limits, Banking Book exposures, Climate Risk).
