• Define the annual Downstream performance assessment framework and agenda
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving operational and financial performance.

• Prepare performance analysis, proposals as well as high impact Downstream case studies
• Manage the preparation and coordination of the DS-level regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) business performance reporting.
