• A németországi Controlling Operations Governance and Methods központi csapatának tagja leszel
• SAP termékköltség-kalkuláció meghatározott FESTO gyárak számára a termelési hálózatban
• Rendszeres, átfogó adatfeldolgozás és elemzés a termékköltségek vonatkozásában

• A meglévő üzleti folyamatok (pénzügy, számvitel, HR) feltérképezése, elemzése és dokumentálása
• Szűk keresztmetszetek, redundanciák azonosítása, javaslat kidolgozása a folyamatok továbbfejlesztésére
• Új folyamatok tervezése és bevezetése (end-to-end szemlélet)

• You analyze and document business processes in the life insurance sector
• You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with business -departments
• You create business scenarios, use cases, user stories, and process models (e.g., BPMN)
• You support in data migration activities

• Developing and maintaining recurring commercial and subscription reports (sales, customers, ARR, churn / retention, usage etc.)
• Performing ad hoc analyses on customers, products, channels, process efficiency to answer business questions

• Support KPI and management reporting; develop and maintain senior management dashboards (Power BI)
• Build Power BI data models and Power Apps/Power Automate solutions
• Assist governance work (e.g., IIA alignment, audit manual updates, QA activities, surveys)

• Perform business analysis on product requirements and technical workflows
• Collaborate on projects of a technical nature, supporting implementation and ensuring alignment with product goals
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements in cooperation with stakeholders

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams;
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements;

• Source and analyze long only funds/managers as well as hedge funds within a multi-asset class framework
• Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative due diligence work. You apply a thorough bottom-up fundamental research approach, prepare reports and provide regular analysis and comparisons

• Driving the implementation of a consistent pricing strategy across the EMEA region
• Partnering with sales teams to harmonize and optimize pricing across markets
• Using advanced price analytics and market intelligence to uncover opportunities, support strategic decisions, and deliver price improvements

• Support day to day responsibilities and strategic priorities of the Climate Risk program
• Prepare regulatory submissions as part of the ongoing supervision process, regulatory examinations and other regulatory deliverables
