• Act as a trusted advisor for our Journey Teams with methodic & operational support
• Establish and grow the "research" focus within the Design Team
• Develop a scalable research framework: Create a structured approach that defines processes, best practices, and tools for research activities

• Define and own the consumer experience roadmap.
• Uncover friction and opportunity through user research, data, and qualitative insight.
• Align UX choices with strategic business outcomes: activation, retention, monetisation, revenue growth.

• You will continuously develop and improve our booking app for Android and iOS.
• Working with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and other modern frameworks will be part of your daily routine.
• You will work closely with other teams to find the best solutions.

• Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery
• Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences
