• Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights
• Synthesize research findings and communicate them clearly across teams
• Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype and visualize early design ideas

• Design and iterate end-to-end interfaces for a forms- and table-heavy claims product (B2B & B2C) across web and chat-based touchpoints
• Translate ambiguous problem statements into decision-ready flows, wireframes, and prototypes on fast cycles
