• You work in the second management level in close collaboration with the isi leadership team.
• You lead one of four Account- and Market Researcher teams.
• You are responsible for the design and strategic development of one or more business areas beyond client management.

• Define and continuously evolve the global commercial technology strategy and enterprise roadmap, including innovation initiatives from ideation to scale
• Own business-side governance, integration readiness, lifecycle management, and vendor oversight for customer engagement and MarTech platforms

• Facilities Asset Management
• Responsible for a robust asset management process for facility asset on campus, including asset replacement plan, risk assessments and global reporting.
• Maintenance Strategy

Strategy: develop and implement the global sales strategy, identify market trends and potential risks, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth, and report regularly to Segment and Group management...

• Management and coordination of all HZI core facilities and technology platforms at the interface with HZI research groups and executive administration
• Strategic guidance and implementation of core facilities to tailor and improve the cores to research needs
