• Ensuring risk items are addressed in a timely manner through effective prioritisation of tasks.
• Proactively managing the trade allocation process to ensure timely execution of trade confirmations.
• Effectively driving forward business processes and client initiatives.

• Working on business analytics topics related to the sales performance of digital products within the connected car ecosystem
• Using cloud-based analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and GitHub
• Supporting stakeholders across more than 50 markets through direct collaboration

• Evaluate suspicious patterns or anomalies in crypto and fiat transactions.
• Identify what additional checks are needed and take ownership of the follow up process.
• Support internal teams with escalations while meeting established SLAs.
• Communicate directly with customers via email and live chats.
