• Resolving IT issues of our clients, act as first point of contact for the customer (Level 1 IT support)
• Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
• Documentation and precise administration, logging of calls on the ticketing tool

• Provide expert support for the myExpenses (Travel & Expense) platform and corporate credit card processes.
• Support employees with expense-related queries, issue resolution, and system guidance.
• Manage and resolve requests through a ticketing system (non-call center environment).

• Gather information through relevant business systems/tools
• Provide advice and support to customers, ensuring the timely and satisfactory resolution of queries
• Understand the nature and urgency of resources, what exactly the customer requires and schedule them accordingly

• This is a night shift position, working between 9:00 pm – 5:30 am CET
• Responsible for customer-related activities and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure the account team is delivering to the agreed upon service level and ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain customer and material master database
• Enter customer orders and follow them up
• Manage customer requests and queries
• Logging, assigning and tracking the progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion

• Providing remote technical support and answering product-related questions
• Keeping customers informed by tracking orders and following up on deliveries

• Support the day-to-day management of client projects and campaign deliveries
• Brief creative and content teams on digital asset development
• Assist with e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing projects for international brands
• Help coordinate and maintain global digital toolkits and marketing assets

• Maintenance and support of daily activities of Travel and Expense and Company Card expenses associated with Roche Global Credit card programs
• Acting as primary point of contact for internal customers providing support and guidance for corporate credit cards and Concur expense management
