• Preparation and completion of management information through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data
• Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.

• Handle daily service operations tasks to support overall team goals and ensure service levels are met.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to operational targets by maintaining accuracy, speed, and quality.

Perform checks and evaluate credit limits on new and existing customer accounts within the designated portfolio in line with company policy....

• Administrative support of the Service Manager
• Document verification and distribution
• Pre-sales support (filling of quotations)
• Billing preparation: issuing, collecting and tracking of proofs of performance. Clarifying the deviations. Froward of the final documentation to the account/invoice department
