• Daily orders processing (distributors and hospitals) in ERP
• Preparation of the delivery notes and invoices to customers
• Support to the sales team and distributors
• Manage process between logistics / warehouse and sales requests
• Control products availability in stock according to the production plan

• Provide operational support to help customers meet their Electronic Monitoring (EM) objectives, including timely and accurate equipment deliveries and technical advice.
• Support the delivery of training and knowledge sharing sessions, both upon request and by identifying areas for improvement.

• Handling questions and complaints from customers, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
• Order processing and follow-up in contact with our Shipping department
• Answering and forwarding incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing certificates of origin and documentation

• Managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and customer behavior.
• Assisting in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.

• Contact debtors and insurers worldwide in a professional, assertive, and courteous manner.
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Use specialized databases and research tools to locate debtors and obtain updated contact information.

• Communication of hotel & company philosophy and internal hotel representation.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and the geographical layout of the city / surroundings.
• Be knowledgeable about all VIPs in-house, hotel functions and special events.
