• Serving as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profit and growth

• Manage all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective, including both Due Diligence as well as Post-Merger Integration projects
• Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service

Coach, develop and motivate a team of Customer Sales and Services Agents and Senior Customer Sales and Services Agent to achieve individual, retail office and network targets and Commercial objectives....

• Understand and convert customer needs into complete product offering (product understanding is required for this activity)
• Prepare and follow up quotes based on pricing guidelines from the commercial team, with the authority (within company rules) to close sales and maximize quote conversion
