• Provide crucial support to the Reefer Product Excellence in Hamburg, assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth business handling of our clients businesses
• Support customers of Hapag-Lloyd LIVE
• Collaborate closely with team members

• Manage and develop a defined international customer portfolio
• Handle the full order lifecycle: from intake, quotations, and pricing to contracts, invoicing, and post-sale support
• Communicate proactively with clients via email, phone, and occasionally in-person

• You will create tailor-made trips for our U.S.-based customers and enable them to have unforgettable experiences — fully customized and personal.
• You'll take care of our U.S.-based customers, working mainly in the latter part of the day to align with their time zones.
