Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications. Within this scope, you act as the key liaison for all Watch Business Unit policies.   _CREATION AND BENCHMARKING...

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team across the EMEA region
• Support customer onboarding in coordination with Sales and Finance
• Maintain customer data in the ERP system
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to internal and external stakeholders

• Manage standard orders and periodic promotional orders across our European sales regions (France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, and the EMEA region)
• Take responsibility for coordinating the entire order-to-cash process

• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations
• Execute application projects and advise customers with technical understanding of the tools and their performance capacity, acting as technological interface to the customer
• Translate customer requests and needs into applications solutions
