• Welcome, advise, and serve an international and demanding clientele.
• Promote and sell prestigious brand products.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure proper store maintenance.
• Contribute to product display and uphold luxury retail standards.

• Manage and develop a defined international customer portfolio
• Handle the full order lifecycle: from intake, quotations, and pricing to contracts, invoicing, and post-sale support
• Communicate proactively with clients via email, phone, and occasionally in-person

• You will create tailor-made trips for our U.S.-based customers and enable them to have unforgettable experiences — fully customized and personal.
• You'll take care of our U.S.-based customers, working mainly in the latter part of the day to align with their time zones.

• Advising and selling precious metals (gold, silver) to private and business customers
• Supporting existing customers
