• Welcome and assist international VIP and UHNWI guests with discretion and professionalism
• Ensure smooth daily reception routines, including call and email handling in English and German
• Manage mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence

• Supporting customers via phone and email
• Helping customers navigate everything from investments and saving to account services
• Making sure customers get the most out of Nordnet's tools and features
• Sharing customer feedback internally to improve our products and services

• Understand and convert customer needs into complete product offering (product understanding is required for this activity)
• Prepare and follow up quotes based on pricing guidelines from the commercial team, with the authority (within company rules) to close sales and maximize quote conversion
