• Oversee day-to-day operations, service levels, and people management.
• Lead and mentor Team Leads and team members to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Drive KPI performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks; collect and analyze metrics for operational excellence.

• Acting as the first point of contact (SPOC) for end-users, providing support for IT-related issues
• Delivering technical assistance via email, chat, phone, and ITSM tools
• Supporting customers in the contracted languages (English and German)

• Act as a lead network engineer in cloud WAN and cloud DMZ design, migration process and develop target state and transition state design for cloud adoption and migration. 
• Ensure full network availability and security during and after migration is completed.

• Advising and selling precious metals (gold, silver) to private and business customers
• Supporting existing customers 
• Advising on safe deposit boxes, secure storage, and duty-free warehouse solutions
• Processing of purchase and sale transactions 

• Investigate suspected fraud cases, analysing information to uncover patterns and risks.
• Provide empathetic support to fraud victims, guiding and assisting them if needed.
• Employ strong problem-solving skills to assess complex fraud cases.
