• Manage and develop a defined international customer portfolio
• Handle the full order lifecycle: from intake, quotations, and pricing to contracts, invoicing, and post-sale support
• Communicate proactively with clients via email, phone, and occasionally in-person

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team across the EMEA region
• Support customer onboarding in coordination with Sales and Finance
• Maintain customer data in the ERP system
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to internal and external stakeholders

• Supporting customers via phone and email
• Helping customers navigate everything from investments and saving to account services
• Making sure customers get the most out of Nordnet's tools and features
• Sharing customer feedback internally to improve our products and services

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Customer Success Management function at TOPdesk.
• Team Building & Management: Lead, coach, and expand a growing team of Customer Success Managers in the Netherlands and Germany.
