Lead global training programs for ZEISS IQS customers, Application Engineers, and Sales, including program development, quality assurance, and distribution through the ZEISS Academy Metrology....

• Researching trends and innovative methods for transformation, AI and global learning & development
• Supporting the identification and documentation of concrete AI use cases, agents, and adoption opportunities in learning, leadership, and HR contexts

• You train service staff.
• You provide worldwide hotline support via email and telephone.
• You repair instrumentation sent in for depot repair and from our internal instrumentation pool.
• You write service manuals and develop service documentation, like preventive maintenance and calibration SOPs.

• Schedule training sessions and enter data in our CRM system
• Conduct trainings on the use of our TVT software – on-site and online
• Follow-up on training sessions (certificates, training surveys, feedback, etc.)
• Manage our e-learning portal and create content with internal and external stakeholders
